About Coral Nine
It is our pleasure to introduce The Coral Nine Rental Condominium Homes ideally located in Coral Springs, Florida two blocks north of W. Sample Road on N. University Drive. All of our condominiums are three-bedroom and two bath units. As the entire building is only two stories and comprised of nine condominium units, it helps make the complex more intimate, relaxing, and easily accessible by all of the residents.
The units are well laid out and include a master bedroom, walk-in closet, two bathrooms, two additional bedrooms, a kitchen and living room area. The ground level units also have rear patios, while the second floor units have a front balcony. Most of our units have been upgraded to include granite counter tops, updated stainless steel appliances, and an in unit washer and dryer.
Coral Springs & Surrounding Area
The property is on a bus line. Within a short walk or drive you can get to many surrounding stores, shops and other businesses. The property is also next to the former Broken Woods Golf Club.
Coral Springs is recognized as one of the best managed cities in south Florida. It has a stable and strong city government with an excellent police force and fire department, fantastic schools, parks and many other amenities for its residents.
